About
One workspace instead of five
FirmWorks is a small B2B SaaS company building the workspace small Thai companies actually need — invoicing, HR, projects, chat, notes, and boards in one product, on one bill.
The starting point
A small company in Bangkok with ten employees typically runs on at least five separate SaaS tools: an accounting tool for VAT and invoices, an HR tool for staff records, a project tool for tasks, a chat tool, and a notes tool. Each one has its own login, its own subscription, its own customer-data silo, and its own learning curve.
Worse, none of them talk to each other. The customer record on an invoice is unrelated to the customer record on the project. A discussion in chat is unrelated to the SOP in notes. New hires re-create accounts in five places.
FirmWorks rebuilds that stack as one product. Customer records are shared across modules. A new hire gets one login that works for everything. Subscriptions consolidate. Data stays put.
Why one app
- Shared customer data.Create a contact on an invoice and your project lead can see the same record — no integrations to maintain.
- One subscription, one login. Onboarding a new hire is one invite, not five. Offboarding is one switch flipped.
- Singapore data residency.Hosted in ap-southeast-1 on Neon and Vercel — closer to Thailand than US-east, with shorter latency and a clearer answer to “where does our data sit?”
How we run
We’re a small team. Pricing is public on the home page — no “contact us for a quote” hide-the-price tactics. Modules, seats, and Pro / Business splits are listed up front.
We don’t sell your data. We don’t use workspace data to train AI models. The full sub-processor list, retention schedule, and your rights under Thai PDPA, Singapore PDPA, and GDPR live in our privacy policy.
For security questionnaires or certification questions, email hello@firmworks.com and we’ll be honest about what we have, what we don’t, and the timeline if it’s on the roadmap.
