- Welcome email + first-week nudge sequence after sign-up.

Committed, undated
- Thai-language UI for marketing surfaces and the in-app workspace.
- PDF OCR for uploaded documents, with full-text search across the archive.
- Daily AI digest email summarizing each org’s previous 24 hours of activity.
- Drizzle-kit migrations checked into the repo (currently `db:push` against staging).
A note on commitments
Now items are being worked on this week and ship within days, not months. Nextis the queue beyond what’s in flight, and we expect to ship it within the current quarter. Lateris committed work that we’ll start when the queue clears — we don’t put it on the page if we don’t intend to ship it.
